The other half of the brief
Government liaisoning
Court work often stalls at a counter, a dak, or an unlisted file. Liaisoning is the unglamorous half of getting a matter actually heard.

- 01Court registriesFile inspection, certified copies, defect curing, and listing follow-up — so that a matter is heard, not parked at a counter.
- 02Departments and agenciesCustoms, GST, municipal corporations, pollution boards, police stations — wherever a file has stopped moving on a desk.
- 03Certified recordOrders, show-cause notices, relied-upon documents and revenue extracts, obtained in time for limitation.
- 04Instructing counselOn outstation forums, where it is sensible to separate appearance from the running of the paper.
Liaisoning is not touting, and it is not the purchase of a result. It is keeping a file moving along the path the statute already provides.
